We want you to invest in your learning with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid course or program at Ankit Kumar Academy.
1. 7-day satisfaction window
If a self-paced course isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 20% of the course content. This gives you genuine time to evaluate the material while keeping access fair for everyone.
2. Cohort & mentorship programs
For live cohort programs (such as the Advanced Generative & Agentic AI Master Program), you may request a refund up to 7 days before the cohort start date. Once a cohort has begun, refunds are considered on a pro-rata basis at our discretion, as your seat and mentorship time have been reserved.
3. How to request a refund
- Email support@ankitkumaracademy.com from the address on your account, with your order/receipt number.
- Tell us briefly what didn't work for you — your feedback helps us improve.
- We'll review and respond within 3 business days.
4. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via the same gateway used at checkout (Razorpay or PayPal). Depending on your bank or provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear. Any coupon discount applied at purchase is reflected in the refunded amount.
5. Non-refundable situations
- Requests made after the 7-day window, or after completing more than 20% of a course.
- Free courses and items obtained with a 100%-off coupon (no payment was made).
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g. repeatedly buying and refunding content).
6. Certificates
If a certificate has already been issued for a completed course, that course is considered consumed and is not eligible for a refund.
