- Where a course is described as "lifetime access", that means access for as long as the academy continues to operate the platform.
- Course content, curriculum, durations and pricing may be updated or improved over time.
3. Payments
Paid courses and programs are purchased through our checkout using Razorpay or PayPal. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise. By completing a purchase you authorise us (via our payment partners) to charge the applicable amount. Coupons and discounts are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Refunds
Refunds are handled in line with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued when you finish all lessons in a course. They recognise completion of our program and are not accredited qualifications or degrees.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, distribute, record, or publicly share our course materials; not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform; and not to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Reviews and content you submit must be honest and respectful.
7. Intellectual property
All course materials, videos, text, branding and the "Kinetic Forge" design are the property of Ankit Kumar Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the projects and work you create.
8. Disclaimer
Our programs are provided for educational purposes. While we strive for high-quality, practical, career-focused content, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as employment, income, or exam results.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ankit Kumar Academy is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or program.
10. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or modify the service from time to time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.
